Roof & Property Inspection
Whether a storm has generated in your area, you notice missing shingles on your roof, or you have a leak, call us for your free inspection. We will inspect your roof and property to assess the damage incurred. We will tarp your roof if necessary to prevent further water damage to your home. We will provide you with the knowledge you will need prior to filing an insurance claim, and many times, we can start the claims process at the inspection.
Re-Roofing
Putting a brand-new roof on your home is our specialty. You will get to customize your roof according to the insurance claim—color, texture, etc. We always start by a decking inspection. After removing the old roof, we will make sure that the decking is not damaged, and we will replace any damaged decking. Next is a synthetic underlayment, which will protect your home and allow the roof deck to be protected. After that, we will lay down an ice and water barrier to protect your home from water damage. We replace or repair flashing, then we put on the roof itself: shake, shingle, slate, standing seam or corrugated, we use the highest quality roofing materials. We will replace the drip edge and make sure your roof is ventilated properly, and we replace pipe jacks and boots, vents, flashing, gutters and other necessary items according to your specific needs.
Claims Management
Home ownership can be confusing at times—especially to newer homeowners. At Evoke, we don’t want you to stress about the insurance claims process. Know your insurance company and agent, and we can take care of the rest. We specialize in helping customers with their roofing claim with our knowledgeable staff. We will explain the entire process to you, and help you get the most out of the money provided to you from the claim awarded. We walk you through the claim every step of the way in hopes that the insurance claims process leaves you as stress-free as possible.
Remodeling
Making your home beautiful and keeping it safe is of utmost importance to us. We can remodel large-scale properties such as hospitals and apartment buildings, or we can remodel your home’s interior. We have built patios and pergolas, as well as garages, carports, shops, barns, sheds and metal buildings. We have many customers who would like to update the exterior of their home at the same time they are getting a new roof. Painting the exterior, facia, soffits, siding, etc. or getting new doors, windows, shutters, or gutters is common when we are re-roofing a house. When you speak to a sales consultant, he or she can help you decide just how beautiful you want your home to be. Sometimes, the insurance claim can cover some of these items if they were damaged along with the roof.
Repairs
